Burani Raita

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Hung Curd
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili (powder)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seeds (powder)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • Green Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instruction:

Step 1 :  Whisk the hung curd in a bowl. Mix sugar, black salt, red chili powder, salt & roasted cumin seeds powder.

Step 2 : Crush & squeeze the juice of garlic cloves in a muslin cloth and mix in the curd.

Step 3 : Garnish with green coriander leaves in a serving bowl.

Step 4 : Serve chilled!
